Returns
For any reason, the customer may return the order, either entirely or partially. Items can be returned for size/color exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged, and with the return tag still attached.
To request a return, send the request to the email address info@piranda-clothes.com or fill out the form provided below.
After submitting the request to Customer Service as described above, the customer will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the returned goods. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who may choose the preferred courier for shipping. The website https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ recommends using a traceable service as https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ is not responsible for returns not received due to courier loss.
Authorized returns by https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally dispatched.
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original boxes and dust bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on shoes, please avoid damaging the soles or the box.
- If an item comes with a brand security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Socks, underwear, and swimwear must be returned with their hygienic protection labels and in unopened packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must be tried on only over your own underwear. We do not accept any return that has been worn or is dirty.
Please take care when trying on purchases to ensure that you can return them in the same condition. Any defects noticed by the customer must be reported upon receipt of the order.
Returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted, and refunds will be held pending evaluation with the designer regarding the detected defects. The website https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ reserves the right not to accept returns if the delivery incurs additional costs for https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ or if collection is required at a courier branch.
Refunds
The Seller will refund the Total Amount Due, including delivery costs, if applicable, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. In cases where Products have been shipped using a courier of the Consumer’s choice and at their expense, the Seller may suspend the refund until the Products have been received or until the Consumer provides proof of having shipped the Products, whichever is earlier.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will appear on the next credit card statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company, but usually take around 20 business days.
Refunds for orders paid via bank transfer will be returned to the original account within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
In case of an exchange, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, while the costs for sending the replacement product are covered by https://www.piranda-clothes.com/. The initial shipping costs are not refunded.
Any customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer.
The website https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or are not sent in compliance with the return policy. In such cases, https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ may return the package to the sender at the original shipping address. In the case of acceptance of an unauthorized or non-compliant return, https://www.piranda-clothes.com/ may withhold 10% of the value of the returned goods from the refund due.
